This is a dark, rich wine with wonderfully concentrated flavors of juicy blackberry and black currant, with smooth, gripping tannins and an elegant structure lending to a magnificent, boldly oaked finish.

BRONZE MEDAL-'09 SAN ANTONIO WINE FEST In the style of the finest wines of the southern Rhone Valley, this wine derives its character from the blending of several grape varieties. We have selected European Pinot Noir and Merlot for their fruit tones, Syrah for its fruit, black pepper and chocolate, and Cabernet Franc for its herbaceous note. Food Pairings: roasted game, pasta with meat sauces, baked or roasted vegetables, risotto, mild cheeses.
CHILEAN MALBEC SHIRAZ
Intensely rich Shiraz provides a solid ruby purple color, deep dark plum and blackberry aromas showing subtle accents of chocolate. Malbec brings plum, black currant and violet aromas, leading to a slight touch of leather aromas.
SILVER MEDAL-'10 HOUSTON RODEO WINE COMPETITION; BRONZE MEDAL-'09 DENVER INTL COMPETITION; BRONZE MEDAL-'08 SAN ANTONIO WINE FEST Blessed with abundant sunlight, the terraces and valley floors in the Veneto region provide an encouraging home to the Corvina, Rhondinella and Molinara grapes. Deep garnet in color, this is an assertively full-bodied wine with a delectable nose of black cherries, dark chocolate and oak. It offers opulent dark fruit flavors cradled by firm tannins culminating in an almost endless finish. Food Pairings: intensely flavored meats, wild game, pasta with rich meat sauce, bold cheeses.
SILVER MEDAL-'10 LONE START INTL COMPETITION; BRONZE MEDAL-'09 SAN ANTONIO WINE FEST From the Piedmont region in Northwest Italy. Barbera is the second most planted grape in Italy. Deep ruby, medium bodied and fruity in its youth, it ages to impressive depth and elegance. Food Pairings: beef, duck, goose, prosciutto or salami, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, pizza, clams, mussels.
LODI OLD VINES RED ZINFANDEL
Direct from the vineyard in Lodi where sandy, clay loam soil; hot days, cool nights, and 35 year old vines combine to produce unique grapes bursting with complex, concentrated flavors. This wine starts with an up-front core of blackberry and dark cherry aromas, followed by suggestions of blueberry, raspberry, cranberry, and dried plum. Undertones are of chocolate, almond and exotic spice. Ends with an unmistakable black pepper sensation. Food Pairings: steak and beef dishes, venison, barbecue ribs, pizza, pasta with meat sauce, eggplant, cheeses - asiago, goat cheese, gouda, gruyere.
BRONZE MEDAL-'08 SAN ANTONIO WINE FEST A Super-Tuscan styled wine vinted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and native Italian varieties. A big, full-bodied wine with solid structure and bold fruit notes. Food Pairings: lamb, beef, Tuscan-style dishes with tomato sauce, stroganoff.
WASHINGTON RED MOUNTAIN CABERNET
SILVER MEDAL-'10 LONE STAR INTL COMPETITION This Cabernet combines powerful dark fruit qualities and a big, chewy mouth-feel with a subtle hint of orange peel. Food Pairings: red meats, flavorful and heartier pastas with tomato sauces, lamb, stong-flavored cheese, chocolate (especially dark).
Carmenere is similar to Merlot and produces a deep crimson wine with a dark cherry aroma, red fruits, and berry notes, moving to a smoky, spicy finish with hints of dark chocolate and tobacco. Food Pairings: grilled beef, pizza, dark chocolate.

The Lodi appellation in California's Central Valley has established itself for producing distinctive, consistently excellent Cabernet. BLACK RASPBERRY MERLOT

ITALIAN PINOT GRIGIO
The uniquely Italian version of the well known Pinot Gris grape, picked earlier in Italy than in all other regions and well before its characteristic loss of acidity at ripening, for a bright, crisp, dry white wine with a gentle perfume and a detectable spiciness. Fresh, fragrant and lively, its flavors include a certain flintiness with hints of citrus and almonds. Food Pairings: seafood, light pastas, cheese and cracker combinations.
In the spirit of the great full-bodied Chardonnays of California and Australia, Luna Bianca is lush, golden and rich. Dense, luscious, buttery aromas dance up from the glass. Flavors of tropical fruits blend with the vanilla-oak backing - a technique usually achieved through barrel fermentation with extended lees (yeast sediment) contact. The high alcohol finished wine is smooth and mouth-filling. Food Pairings: chicken, fish, grilled vegetables, stews, all kinds of pasta.
